Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to NeoBuy, our multi-merchant marketplace, and the services we provide to buyers and sellers.

Last updated June 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to NeoBuy ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our platform at https://www.neobuy.world, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the marketplace.

2. Multi-merchant marketplace

NeoBuy hosts independent third-party merchants. Each merchant is responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, inventory, pricing shown on their items, and fulfillment of orders that include their products.

NeoBuy coordinates checkout, payment processing, and platform operations. We do not take title to goods sold by merchants unless explicitly stated on a product page.

3. Accounts and security

Customers register with email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate profile and shipping information at checkout. Misuse of accounts, fraudulent orders, or attempts to circumvent platform controls may result in suspension.

4. Orders, payments, and pricing

Prices and availability are confirmed at checkout. Stripe processes card payments; cash on delivery (COD) may be offered where indicated. NeoBuy verifies payment amounts against order totals before confirming paid orders.

Orders containing items from multiple merchants are fulfilled as a single customer order; individual merchants handle their portion of fulfillment according to platform rules.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with platform security, scrape or overload our systems, submit false information, or use NeoBuy for unlawful purposes. Merchants must comply with applicable product, consumer, and tax laws in their jurisdictions.

6. Limitation of liability

NeoBuy is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from merchant fulfillment delays, product defects, or third-party payment processor outages, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Questions about these terms may be directed through the support contact published in our platform settings.
